As a student i can't afford to keep buying new clothing for nights out especially when i tend to go out once or twice a week. Normally i just wear black jeans, a camisole top and flats but lately i have had birthdays and parties with new people so i have had to change it up a little bit. So here is a few little pieces that i have brought and i have worn and changed up so that i can wear them over and over. Firstly is the top i am wearing in all the pictures. The top is from BooHoo, it is a off the shoulder crop top £8. I think the top is great value for money and is so easily put into different outfits, casual and dressed up. The top crops at the point where my skirts and high waisted clothing normally sits, which is great because i don't like having my belly out. Also the top of the top is elasticated so it can be moved on top of the shoulder or pulled down onto the tops of my arm. |
The light blue scalloped hem shorts are from Asos £7. The shorts are a soft material and fit perfectly. The shorts are a thick material so they aren't see through and sit perfectly on me, so they don't cling to me. The shorts also don't ride up the inside of my thighs which tends to happen because i am a larger girl and the tops of my legs touch.
The polka dot black and white skirt is from H&M £7.99 which again is amazing value for money. The skirt is A-line and has a zip up the back. Because it is A-line it does not cling to me and covers the tops of my thighs. I love this skirt so much because it can be put on with tights to wear during the day and dressed up.
The grey trousers are from Missguided £25. They are amazing because they are elasticated so they fit around my waist perfectly. They are a silky material so they feel amazing on my legs and aren't clingy at all. I love the fact they are a soft grey because they are easily adaptable to different tops, shoes and accessories. The trousers have two huge pockets and a front gold zip. The little details like the gold zip made the trousers look classy and truly beautiful.
